If you are having problems viewing the film you have purchased, or require a refund:
- In the first instance, contact the website owner where you made your purchase.
- Payments are made directly to the video owner. Your purchase contract is with them, and they can verify your payment through their paymnet provider website (PayPal or Stripe) and arrange a refund if you are not happy.
- If you do not know who sold you the video you can contact ChargePlay directly stating the web address where you made your purchase, and any details of your order such as your paypal address, name of title and the ChargePlay shortcode if you have it.
